Dimi is a passionate and driven Exercise Physiologist dedicated to helping individuals build strength and improve their overall quality of life. His strong desire to make a positive impact on people’s health and wellbeing is what led him into this field. He holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from James Cook University (Class of 2025), following a Bachelor’s in Sport and Exercise Science completed in 2022. Dimitrios brings a wealth of hands-on experience, having worked with Football Queensland where he led warm-ups, cool-downs, speed drills, and plyometrics for junior athletes aged 7 to 17. In 2023, he served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Rebels Football Club and has also gained experience working in a clinical setting. Outside of work, Dimi is currently in his second season of Rugby Union with Brothers and previously played Rugby League for Centrals throughout his childhood. A true sports enthusiast, he enjoys watching the NFL, NBA, and Premier League — but his top pick will always be the NRL, proudly supporting the Cowboys and Queensland.
