
Ash is a dedicated Accredited Exercise Physiologist committed to helping individuals get the most out of their bodies. With expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and tailored strength programs, she focuses on enhancing performance and quality of life for her clients.
Her experience includes working with both youth and adults across a range of fields, such as rehabilitation, sports performance, and general fitness. She has previously worked with sub-elite youth athletes in both development programs (Coates Talent League – AFL) and sporting academies.
Ash holds qualifications in Strength & Conditioning (ASCA) and Clinical Pilates and brings over a decade of experience as a sports trainer to her practice. She has a particular interest in youth athletes and injury prevention through knowledge and movement. She advocates for promoting an active lifestyle from an early age and addressing chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis and long term injury rehab with movement. Ash is committed to helping clients incorporate physical activity into their daily lives to enhance overall wellness.
Outside of her professional commitments, Ash enjoys spending time with her partner and their two Dalmatians, serving in the Army Reserve, and staying active.

- ESSA Accredited AEP + AES
