Lion Strength – A Strong beginning

The Lion Strong program was developed with the mindset of offering a holistic approach to Strength. It combines the use of large compound movements such as Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift in a Powerlifting focus. It utilises varying methods of many training systems to achieve the results.

We acknowledge that everyone is on a different level within their goal of increasing strength which is why we offer individual programming.

It allows our coaches to identify weaknesses in mechanics, break those down and rebuild them. It allows our clients/athletes the opportunity to improve overall strength, improve imbalances or simply to reach new goals.

Currently the Lion Strong program operates Tuesday mornings at 5:30am with open gym times available for individual programs
