8 Minutes Per Station

[I1] Run Lane Way – Even Minute
Row 200m – Odd Minutes

[I2] Odd – 30 seconds Assault Bike sprint
Even – 10 Dumbell Curls

[I3] 5 Sled Push
10 Cone Hopes
20 Pushups
30 Squats
40 Bicycles
