Are you Wanting to get Lion Strong
Our Lion strong classes run on Wednesdays at 6:00am and are designed for those who have a specific strength goal in mind or want to improve overall strength. Perfect for those that have an imbalance such as knees, ankles, glutes, quads, back or shoulders.
In these classes we Squat, press, deadlift and bench plus much more. We combine accessory movements with needed mobility. There is no conditioning in this class as it is specifically Strength Only. Depending on goals rep ranges can be modified.
